Mailade en offertförfrågan till 2 tryckerier i Varberg när klockan var ca 22.15 igår kväll. Blev både glad och förvånad när jag fick svar direkt. Loggan tillverkades  i morse, och levereras till hamnkontoret i Varberg. Fantastisk service.

Skulle kanske tillägga att det är PG:s Reklam AB som erbjuder denna fantastiska service.

Efter ca 2 timmars jobb med såpvatten och skrapa är namnet på plats på fribord och i aktern. Egendomligt hur uppspelta vi blev, det kändes som att hon plötsligt blev en “person” när namnet kom på plats:-)

Båten har ju två toaletter i original – men nu när vi ska bo ombord behöver vi mer förvaring. Vi gjorde om den ena toaletten till förråd. Mycket jobb, men nu börjar det bli färdigt. Plats för tvättmaskin finns, men vi får se om vi finner det värdefullt att ha en egen.

Ventilationen är såklart helt nödvändig. Vi har gjort en hel del för att förbättra och underlätta för luften att cirkulera.

Den viktiga ventilationen

Utöver ventiler mellan båtens utrymmen har vi också installerat två stycken 12V fläktar, en på wc och en i köket. I köket har vi också monterat en kolfilterfläkt från Dometic. Vi har också kompletterat med extra ventiler i hytterna. Vi använder också en avfuktare som får gå ett antal timmar per dygn. Sammantaget fungerar det mycket bra och vi har inga problem med fukt ombord.

Tiina sitter på golvet och skräddarsyr IKEA madrasser för bättre komfort ombord. Vi använde vanlig skyddspapper, sådant som man brukar använda för att skydda golven när man målar, för att skapa mallar att sy efter. Under alla dynor har vi även lagt madrassunderlägg för att undvika fukt och kondens.

Vi slängde ut soffan i salongen och ersätter denna med en vacker köks-ö, med många lådor och utdragbar frys. Magnus arbetar just nu inte bara som projektledare för hela båtens renovering utan även som snickarlärling.

Vi lyfte båten i Malmö och körde den med lastbil till Göteborg. Kändes mycket skumt att passera den på motorvägen. Våra seglarvänner undrar säkert varför vi inte SEGLADE hem henne, och vad svarar man på det… J, det var ju höst och hon var redan avmastad, vinterkonserverad och uppe på land… Så det kändes lättast…
