Det hat två stora fördelar; dels är det enkelt att lossa utan verktyg med fyra ”fingerskruvar”, dels skall det öka impellerns livslängd med minst det dubbla. Detta uppnås genom att det på insidan av locket sitter en skiva av deldrin som snurrar med impellern. På så sätt slipper man slitaget mot själva locket. Produkten används av bla Brittiska sjöräddningen och är väl utprovad.</p>
